Also starring are Angel Aquino, Ian Veneracion and Assunta De Rossi, who play Maria and Fernando’s parents, whose love and lies further complicate Maria and Luis’ lives. Comedy Queen Aiai delas Alas takes on a very special role as Casilda, Maria’s adoptive mother.Maria La Del Barrio” also features two Star Circle Quest alumni – Paw Diaz and Arron Villaflor. Paw is Soraya, the woman who will stand between Maria and Luis’ romance. Arron, on the other hand, is Vladimir, Fernando’s brother, who has a soft spot in Maria’s heart.
